My name is Joy, in 2020 I built out my "poor man's van" rig to live and work in Bayfield. There aren't many places on that peninsula your girl hasn't been to and explored!
I worked at a local coffee shop on the main strip and got to live and learn from the locals until my rig broke down and brought me back home. But don't worry, every summer I find my way back to my real home.
Now I'm a documentary photographer taking my clients to the most magical spots along Lake Superior. I combine my photography, location, and planning expertise with my insiders knowledge of Bayfield to help couples enjoy this magical slice of Lake Superior the way it was meant to - slow and intentional. Just like the locals do.
